Policy Overview
Window: We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags (Grinkrawear branding) intact.
Proof of Purchase: Please keep your invoice or order confirmation email handy.
How to Start a Return/Exchange
To initiate the process, please visit our Returns Portal at grinkrawear.com/returns or contact our support team.
- Submit Request: Provide your Order ID and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Quality Check: Once we receive the item at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
- Resolution: * Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, we will ship the replacement free of charge (subject to stock availability).
- Returns: Upon approval, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as “Final Sale.”
Customized or personalized apparel.
Items damaged due to improper washing or wear.
Reverse Pickup
We offer reverse pickup services for most PIN codes in India.
If your location is not serviceable for pickup, you may need to self-ship the item to our facility.
