1. General Conditions

• Brand Integrity: All content, designs, and mockups on this site are the intellectual property of Grinkrawear. Unauthorized use of our branding is strictly prohibited.
• Ethics: We operate on the principles of honesty and purity. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays fraudulent behavior or disrespects our community values.

2. Product Accuracy & Quality

• Manufacturing: We are a direct-to-consumer manufacturing powerhouse. While we strive for perfection in every stitch of our cotton fleece and every puff print, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our premium apparel.
• Pricing: We believe in the “Best Price.” All prices are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to update prices based on raw material costs without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

• Contract: An order is only considered “Accepted” once you receive a confirmation email.
• Payment Security: All payments must be made through our secure gateways. We do not accept responsibility for transaction failures caused by third-party banking issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Timeline: Our goal is to deliver within 7 working days. However, delivery times may be affected by extreme weather in Jammu & Kashmir or logistics delays outside our control.
• Dispatch: Orders are dispatched from our warehouse or our flagship Poonch store. You will receive a tracking ID once the “Paak” package is on its way.

5. Returns & Cancellations

• Cancellations: You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placement, provided it has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
• Returns: Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details on our 7-day window. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and “pure” condition.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Grinkrawear shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product purchased.

7. Governing Law

• Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Poonch, Jammu & Kashmir, where our primary business operations are located.
